Thiago Motta and Genoa

Genoa under Thiago Motta have changed a lot, the brazillian man came to this club after bad performance in the beginning of this season. His debut as a coach in Genoa was succees when he beat Brescia 3-1 and show an amazing performance in Juventus Stadium eventough they lost 2-1 in last minute but many people admitted they were amazing in that match.

Motta is an amazing person on the field he has played many games with big clubs like Barcelona, Inter Milan and PSG but now he must prove himself as a coach, many people said Motta has unique philosophy of football, in an interview he want to play with 2-7-2 he said he considered the attackers as the first defender and the the goalkeeper as the first attacker, he wants to make a team play an attractive football with 
good movement with or without the ball.

We could see by his first games when they visited Mario Rigamonti stadium, Genoa were like new team that play very aggresive everyone on the field very motivated to show their best performance to their coach. A like player Thiago Motta was a brilliant midfielder he control the game and very clever to take the ball from enemy, that is why he was an consistent midfielder.

He has clear idea about Genoa he has shown on his first and second games in the next game they will play against Udinese in their home, and he is very optimistic about the result.
Every league have their own level of difficulty and Motta has play in top league as a player and he has good experiences to prove himself in Serie A.

To become a great coach it's not an easy things but luckily Motta has played under many great coach like Mourinho, Rijkaard and Ancelotti that we all know he has everything to become great coach in future. He really like to play football with offensive style where he got that idea when he spent almost five season he played for Barcelona.

The Ignasius

 In Indonesia there is a man that many people says that he is the father of national train. Where he could rebuilt the train national industry he change the culture of people and change the every aspect of passenger train into something more profesional from the worst to the best. Sejarah pertama kali komersialisasi minuman beralkohol

 Komersialisasi minuman beralkohol di Indonesia sudah terjadi sejak zaman kolonial Belanda tepatnya pada tahun 1891 hingga 1893  dimana peredaran minuman beralkohol baik minuman lokal maupun minuman dari negara lain sudah membanjiri pasar miras di Hindia Belanda zaman itu, mulai dari bir, whiskey, wine hingga cognac Semua jenis minuman ini diyakini dibawa oleh para tentara kolonial yang datang ke Hindia Belanda pada saat itu. Dilansir historia kurang lebih sekitar 600.000 liter miras dibawah masuk ke Hindia Belanda pada saat itu, tetapi hal ini tidak terlalu berdampak signifikan pada peredaran minuman lokal asli nusantara yang sudah sangat melekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat, dari sinilah terbentuk segmentasi pasar penikmat minuman tradisional dan impor.
