Emery's Arsenal


What happened with Arsenal after Wenger's era, the gunners looks like a tim from fourth division. Emery has no idea about what he has done in Arsenal. We all know Arsenal in Wenger's hand are one of the best football club in the world, player like Bergkamp, Pires and Henry could make everyone that watched them wondered with their skills on the pitch, they were playing with their heart to this club and always show their respect to the fans.

Now Arsenal lost everything, a player lika Granit Xhaka that show his anger after being subbed and then he was tearing up his shirt and then condemned by the Arsenal fans, Arsenal fans says that he has showing no respect to the club and fans. A little things but it shows who you are, as a captain he must become the role model for everyone in this club, young players, teammates and the fans should be respected by him.

We couldn't only blame the players but this is about the manager also, Unay Emery lost his magic when he become the manager of Arsenal. In Spain we all know him as one of the best manager in the world after won 4 Europa League in a row with Sevilla but in Arsenal Unay Emery seems like an amateur manager from fourth division. He must change the situations before it get worst, at least he could change the situations in dressing room.

We all know Emery had a few conflict with some players like Ozil and Xhaka, this is the momment to realize that the club are bigger than their ego, a great manager must have the ability to conquer some famous players. At the end everyone will leave the club but as football player you should leave something to remember for your club not always about the cup but it's about good impression also.

The biggest problem at the club were about how to communication with his player not only about the language but the attitude also, seems like all of his player couldn't really accept his style of communication. Arsenal are one of the biggest club in Premier league the emotions by Players and supporters are unbelievable,seems like Emery couldn't handle that. He always make a statement that against the supporters without understand their culture or learn their culture.

The Ignasius

 In Indonesia there is a man that many people says that he is the father of national train. Where he could rebuilt the train national industry he change the culture of people and change the every aspect of passenger train into something more profesional from the worst to the best. Something that for some people never imagine it could be done just by one minister.  He is Ignatius Jonan the ex minister transportation of Indonesia. Sejarah pertama kali komersialisasi minuman beralkohol

 Komersialisasi minuman beralkohol di Indonesia sudah terjadi sejak zaman kolonial Belanda tepatnya pada tahun 1891 hingga 1893  dimana peredaran minuman beralkohol baik minuman lokal maupun minuman dari negara lain sudah membanjiri pasar miras di Hindia Belanda zaman itu, mulai dari bir, whiskey, wine hingga cognac Semua jenis minuman ini diyakini dibawa oleh para tentara kolonial yang datang ke Hindia Belanda pada saat itu. Dilansir historia kurang lebih sekitar 600.000 liter miras dibawah masuk ke Hindia Belanda pada saat itu, tetapi hal ini tidak terlalu berdampak signifikan pada peredaran minuman lokal asli nusantara yang sudah sangat melekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat, dari sinilah terbentuk segmentasi pasar penikmat minuman tradisional dan impor. Banyaknya peredaran minuman impor yang membanjiri Hindia Belanda kala itu juga mengundang reaksi dari berbagai kalangan, salah satunya dari organisasi Muhammadiyah yang mulai gelisah dengan peredaran miras tersebut...
