Is Motta the New Guardiola?


 When the first time i read an article that tell about Thiago Motta used ordinary formation while he coached young team of Psg, Im sure Motta gonna become a good coach. He used unique formation 2-7-2 when put many midfielder and the centre back could run towards the striker position but i believe he has his own style. I always followed him in Spezia where he could bring such a positive performance to the team eventough they finished in 15 position but they could beat big team in Serie A.

Now he become the head coach of Bologna and at the seven position on the table, such a amazing performance while in a few last season Bologna was in the crisis, in this case Motta already find his style of play. Bologna play very dinamic with their main player laike Orsolini and Dominguez in midfielder this team plays very fast and effective. I wish Motta could bring this team to the top level so he could attention from Big club.


Thiago Motta has no certain strategy in his style every player could be interesting every position, the transition between player is amazing it's quite the same with Simeone's Inter when every player don't have to play with their role. Center back could be midfielder, striker could be the midfielder no certain things there. Motta isnvery brave with his style of play quite the same with Simeone Inzaghi.

The Ignasius

 In Indonesia there is a man that many people says that he is the father of national train. Where he could rebuilt the train national industry he change the culture of people and change the every aspect of passenger train into something more profesional from the worst to the best. Sejarah pertama kali komersialisasi minuman beralkohol

 Komersialisasi minuman beralkohol di Indonesia sudah terjadi sejak zaman kolonial Belanda tepatnya pada tahun 1891 hingga 1893  dimana peredaran minuman beralkohol baik minuman lokal maupun minuman dari negara lain sudah membanjiri pasar miras di Hindia Belanda zaman itu, mulai dari bir, whiskey, wine hingga cognac Semua jenis minuman ini diyakini dibawa oleh para tentara kolonial yang datang ke Hindia Belanda pada saat itu. Dilansir historia kurang lebih sekitar 600.000 liter miras dibawah masuk ke Hindia Belanda pada saat itu, tetapi hal ini tidak terlalu berdampak signifikan pada peredaran minuman lokal asli nusantara yang sudah sangat melekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat, dari sinilah terbentuk segmentasi pasar penikmat minuman tradisional dan impor. Banyaknya peredaran minuman impor yang membanjiri Hindia Belanda kala itu juga mengundang reaksi dari berbagai kalangan, salah satunya dari organisasi Muhammadiyah yang mulai gelisah dengan peredaran miras tersebut...
